Canary Islands

Looking for some good anchorages in the Canary Islands. We are currently in Rabat Morocco and will be heading to the Canary Islands in a week or so. Our guide does talk about a few anchorages but I was wondering if anyone had a favorite one or one that they would recommend. I can only assume that most of the marinas will be full because of the rallies.
