Found this on Craigslist. Doesn't get any cheaper than that!

21' Sail Boat - $1 For sale is a beautiful 1981 21ft-2in Sirius Sail Boat, Galvanized Dilly Trailer and 9.9 Honda Outboard Motor.

This boat is in excellent condition for its age. This boat was manufactured by Vandestadt & McGruer of Georgia Bay Canada. There are no cracks or major scratches in the fiberglass and the railings and mast finish is in great condition (no corrosion). This boat has a 7ft-11in beam and draft of 6in to 5ft. The weight of the boat is 2,000lbs and has built in floatation, making it a very reliable and robust coastal cruiser boat. The boat has an easy motion under sail and moves easily under power. The boat is capable of handling 5 persons in 3 different sleeping areas and has sink, stove, porta-potty.

The boat comes with two sails, a main 93 sqft, and jib 110 sqft. The mast height is 24ft-6in and cabin height is 4ft-9in to 6ft-3in, when the cabin top is opened. This boat was owned since 1989 and it was mainly fresh water sailed. This boat has been in dry storage for the last 10 years and has received lot of TLC.

Also included is a 9.9 Honda 4-cycle engine with generator and reverse and forward transmission. The boat is an excellent sailor, very stiff, easily rigged and launched and retrieved. The reason why we are selling is that the crew is in the service, and age and infirmity of owner.
