Comment by ___/)ances With Sails on November 15, 2009 at 1:12pm - Yes ma'am,,,I took th helm right after taking this pic and surfed her at 9+ kts managing to squeeze 10.3 outta of her. It was calmer here but we saw 4-8' waves that mornin. What a ride! Im up for some ocean racin now.

No kidding! Thing that burn's me is there are so many sailboats still in their slips (ones that barely ever go out) at my marina I stopped counting at twenty! Oh well, things happen for a reason I guess. Should start a P & M club...lol :-(

I'm not looking for a weekend adventure, more of an extended winter stay in sun and warmth. I love your area...
She would have if the yard hadn't pulled her boat two days early.....
There are still leaves on the trees and the grass is still green...you might have had some sailing days left....
