Hi Sharon, I am a chef cook in restaurant but never cook as well on a ship and i hope to go on sea one day to see what i can do on a boat with what's in the fridg. Is that mean create new dish every day?????

2.) tightening backing nut.
Have not had to do this with middle seat but there is a backing nut on latch. You have to be a contortionist…"
