About Me:
I have been sailing since I was 9 or 10 years old. Ever since my dad got his little West Wight Potter I have, on some level, toyed with the idea of going off cruising around the world. I am starting to consider this more seriously. I currently own an Interlake 18. I have read every book on seamanship in the Chapel Hill, Greensboro, and Woods Hole, MA public libraries. I am now trying to get some experience as crew on larger boats. I enjoy doing mechanic work, cooking Mexican and Asian cuisine, and re-laxing. Of course I enjoy sailing! I am a geography major and have done independent studies in celestial navigation. On the personal side, I like the color orange, I have a three year old son, David, and I wish I could just sleep when it's dark and get up when it's light.
Current location:
Greensboro, NC/ Chapel Hill, NC
Destinations visited:
Seattle, WA Woods Hole, MA Paris, France Key West, FL
Looking to:
Go Sailing! Anyone need crew? I am in school, but I am very available around holidays!

You may want to join the Crew group. Check under the Groups tab and good luck getting out on the water!

"Hi All, french built 2010 43 has been very dry down below but now a slow leak has occurred which is showing at the limber holes under the floor board in forward cabin. Bilge pump goes every 3hrs for 20secs. Not sure if it’s fresh/rain water or…"
