Thanks Steve.  That was at Prosser, Washington on the Yakima River.  The balloonists like to dip their toes in the water.

"Yes LI was a washing machine but east of Block over to Buzzards Bay was downright nasty. I'd have enjoyed it more if we could have stopped to smell the roses but this was all about getting there so it was long days."
