<p>Do I understand that yours has been flaking off, over a period of some years? </p>
<p>Mine's never had a problem until now. I suspect that being stored on the hard, with temperatures in the teens may have something to do with it but I'm waiting to hear back from the technical wizards of epoxy.</p>
<p>I may sand blast the bare areas before re-coating. But, i'm also leaning toward just flaking off the loose stuff, coating it with Ospho, then re- fairing the epoxy and a couple of coats of…</p>

<p>I'm surprised that Swantown won't allow blasting. I did mine up at CSR, Des Moines.
